Nokia Will Reduce 800 Workers in Finland

Nokia Mobile Phone - The bad news hit workers Finnish mobile phone giant, Nokia. The news related to Nokia plans to cut 800 employees for the Finnish market. Plans job cuts are scheduled to begin in January.
 
The workers affected by downsizing, by the Nokia given a severance package of between 5-15 months of salary for those laid off or may be placed on other parts of the company. In October last, Nokia has announced it will be a reduction in workers as much as 1800 workers worldwide.

Nokia's position as head of the mobile phone market is disturbed by the presence of the iPhone and Android, expected to be one cause of the reduction of employees. But the reason must be the reduction of workers are yet to be ascertained.
